Our hosting provider experienced a critical infrastructure failure that resulted in the complete loss of all files and backups stored on their servers. As a result, we have been forced to restore from the most recent backup available to us, dated 9th April 2025.
Unfortunately, this means that any accounts created after this date have been lost and will not be recoverable. If you registered on or after 9th April 2025, you will need to re-register once the site is back online. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes.
Please be assured of the following:
• Subscriptions — All active subscriptions remain unaffected. Your billing and subscription status has been fully preserved.
• Apps — While our applications were temporarily impacted, all services have now been restored and are functioning normally.
